Market Report for May 19, 2007

Bloomers Fresh Cut Flowers: Robin & Elaine offer a variety of annuals, perennials, herbs, some vegetable starters, water plants, and even a few shrubs.

Bloomers anticipates: Many more varieties of cut flower bouquets




Lowe's Arlington Farms: Early tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, late asparagus, lettuce, green peppers, spinach, collard greens, fruit preserves, honey

Lowe's anticipates: string beans, green peas, chard, beets and possibly broccoli.




Squirrel Hollow Farms: Beth Mills offers fresh hen, duck & goose eggs. Also many goat products including soaps and several varieties for cheese, including chevre, cream cheese and feta. The cheese is given away free. Customers are encouraged to offer a reasonable donation for cheese.







Lisa:
A new vendor to WPFM, Lisa offers crafts, including colorful handbags, bead necklaces, and key chains made by her kids. She also is offering fresh lemonade and homemade treats.
